Virtual Sessions

Join from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Virtual group sessions are the primary format offered, making it easy to participate no matter where you are located.

Occasional In-Person

From time to time, in-person group sessions are offered for those who value the depth of face-to-face connection. Details are shared with current group members as they become available.
