  • No, I do not accept insurance.

I have intentionally chosen to operate as a private-pay practice so I can provide care that is tailored to your needs rather than insurance company requirements.

Insurance companies often limit the number and length of sessions, require a mental health diagnosis and proof of medical necessity, may request access to confidential treatment information, and frequently deny or restrict coverage.

By remaining out of network, I am able to maintain your privacy, work with you as often and for as long as needed, and keep a smaller caseload that allows me to be fully present, engaged, and invested in your growth. This approach also gives me the flexibility to provide personalized treatment without administrative burdens or outside limitations, ensuring that our work together remains focused on your goals and well-being.

  • Think of the first session as a conversation: I want to hear your story — what's been weighing on you, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping life could look like on the other side of what brought you in. You don't need to prepare anything or have the right words. Just show up as you are. From there, we'll figure out together what you need and where to begin.

  • Outside of the office, you'll usually find me spending time with my family and being outdoors as much as possible. I'm an avid reader with an ever-growing library, and I love catching up with friends over coffee! At home, my Siberian cat keeps me company and thinks she runs the place (she kind of does)!

  • My path to this work didn't start in a classroom, it started on my travels to South America, Europe, and U.S. inner cities, working alongside communities that taught me more about resilience than any textbook could. Those experiences shaped how I see people and why I believe true, lasting healing has to address the whole person — body, soul, and spirit. I've been licensed for over two decades, and I bring not just clinical training but real life to every session. I know what it's like to navigate marriage challenges, loss, difficult seasons, and moments where you question everything — and come out the other side. I have worked in a wide variety of settings and with many different populations and backgrounds. For these reasons I empathize easily and genuinely, and very little surprises me. My approach is strength-based and holistic, and when it's welcome, I love to invite faith into the room as a source of comfort and direction. I'm here to walk alongside you, and to help you find the answers you need on your own journey.
