Rather than spreading your growth across months of weekly 50-minute sessions, you invest one to two focused days together — protected time, free from the interruptions of everyday life, dedicated entirely to your relationship.

Pre-Intake
You'll complete a detailed intake packet covering your background, current challenges, and the goals you're hoping to reach together.

Assessment
You will complete a comprehensive relationship assessment to develop a clear picture of your relationship and build a personalized plan with measurable goals.

The Intensive
I meet with each of you individually, then together for the heart of the intensive — uninterrupted time to work through patterns, heal old wounds, and strengthen your connection.
